Jeff envisioned a company where he could better serve his clients by offering more than one type of financial service; where people could openly discuss and learn about complex issues with regards to retirement, wealth preservation, insurance and lending. After working 20 years in sales, finance and management, he decided to go into business for himself and quickly moved up the ranks in the financial services industry. 

As President and owner of Penny Lane Financial, Jeff takes a fiduciary interest in recommending what is best for each client, including referrals to other professionals if needed. Jeff’s friendly demeanor, along with extensive knowledge, has allowed him to help people with their finances while creating lasting relationships.

His educational background includes a Washington State University Bachelor's degree, trained as a Wealthy and Wise© advisor, WA Designated Broker (Mortgage) and has obtained multiple State licenses in life, property, casualty and lending. He is a current board member of Bates Technical College, a past participant on the Pierce County Goodwill Board of Directors and has active memberships at the City Club of Tacoma and The Fircrest Golf Club.

Jeff lives in Tacoma with his wife Christine, where they have raised two accomplished daughters. He enjoys fishing, barbequing, golf, wood-working and walking with his dog Baxter.

Katie has over 35 years of knowledge and experience in the financial services industry. She has held numerous positions in banking, real estate and insurance with a focus on customer service and education.

Her guiding light has always been serving those she works with to help them to a better understanding of their goals and assets. Through years of learning, working and networking Katie has become an expert in how to make your experience with us a positive and valuable one.

Her education includes licenses in Life, Disability, Property and Casualty Insurance and past Real Estate and Lending Professional licenses.

Katie has grown up and raised a family in Pierce County. In her off-time you will find her working on a creative project, spending time with her family or enjoying our beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Terry has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and is a Certified Mortgage Advisor. He enjoys helping clients and their families find the right mortgage through education, guidance and customer care.

His expertise lies in a thorough knowledge of current loan products and the extensive guidelines. With his intuitive understanding of the underwriting and processing ins and outs he helps his clients get the best loan possible in the most efficient way.

Terry is a long-time resident of Pierce County and lives with his wife Laurie. They raised 4 children in his hometown of Gig Harbor and he loves to golf, boat and spend time with his family.

Rosemary has served in the financial industry for over 30 years.  Though her primary role has been as a mortgage lender, she has been fortunate to have held a wide variety of positions over the years including credit analyst, bank manager, grants and contracts manager and paralegal.  She has developed a keen ability to navigate ever-changing regulations and lending programs while making customer care her highest priority.  She takes great pride in having received multiple awards for delivering outstanding customer service. 

Having spent most of her life as a resident of Pierce County, Rosemary and her husband, Marion, now reside in rural Republic, WA where they enjoy small town life and outdoor adventures. They are classic car enthusiasts and active supporters of the local Eagle Track Raceway.

Sadie grew up in Tacoma, Washington but made her way down to Southern California to play lacrosse at the University of Redlands, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Business and a minor in Business Administration in 2020. She now lives in Costa Mesa, California and spends time riding her bike, cooking vegan meals, going to the beach, and taking her Goldendoodle Clover for long walks.

Sadie is passionate about helping people and the planet. Her time spent as a loan processor has brought her great experiences while helping people close their loans in a timely manner and making connections along the way.

Mortgage and finance are Jill's passions, professionally. She fell into the industry in 2006 and hasn't looked back! It’s taken a few years to find her stride, but she feels very fortunate and grateful to have found it at Penny Lane Financial.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her wife and their three dogs: Ruby, Riley, and Charlie. They love anything outdoors and feel spoiled living here in the PNW! Originally from Missouri, Jill is fascinated by the mountains, Puget Sound and whales.​

Xenia was born in Moldova and has lived her most of her life here in Washington. She loves being close to her family, hiking and traveling this wonderful country. The mountains, greenery and fresh air are things she loves about Washington.

Xenia has been an insurance agent for 3+ years and enjoys figuring out the best options and cost for your personal insurance. She is excited to be involved in our addition of commercial insurance for business clients. She will spend quality time and energy working with you to make the experience a great one.

Michael has been working in the mortgage industry for a number of years. During the last economic recession, he left the mortgage industry to work in the social services field where he gained valuable skills, knowledge, and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds to help his customers overcome challenges and become self-sufficient. About a year ago, Michael returned to the mortgage industry where he enjoys helping customers with their mortgage financing needs.

Michael’s educational background includes a Law Degree, multiple leadership training courses, as well as Washington Mortgage Loan Originator license. Additionally, Michael serves as a minister at the local church in Tacoma.

Michael and his wife Liliya are raising a beautiful family of three sons and one daughter. In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with his family and serving people in the local community.
